A Word From TOM PLOSKONKA…
“My approach to the practice of accounting is different than most others’. Accountants normally respond to their clients’ requests and needs. I go beyond that.
I work together with my clients. I think of myself as an extension of their business, not merely a task-oriented outside consultant. Instead of just looking back as most accountants do, I help my clients look forward. In short, I anticipate and plan for the future, preventing problems wherever possible. This is the way I feel accounting should be practiced.
I stay in close communication with clients, keeping them informed both by telephone and in writing at all times. I encourage my clients’ involvement and their questions. My counsel is candid, clear and pro-client. This is the kind of professionalism I seek in others, and I believe it is what the small business and individual client needs.”
